Craig’s Bakery is owned and operated by Craig Einfeld.
Einfeld Family
Craig grew up in a family-owned bakery and knew that’s what he wanted to do with his own family one day. Craig’s father, grandfather and several of his uncles all worked as bakers.
In 1989, Craig and Cyndy Einfeld purchased Erwin and Son’s Bakery in Chase, B.C. and created Craig’s Bakery & Deli.
For the past 32 years, the Einfeld family have run the bakery.
Fresh and Healthy Baking
The bakery has always put freshness and health before everything else.
Craig and his two sons will often be up every night baking their products, including dough, from scratch — because fresh products are a staple of the business.
In addition, Craig’s Bakery and Deli does not add any preservatives.
